Monica Lagercrantz is the founder and CEO of the boutique advisory firm Lagercrantz Associates, and of BoardClic, a SaaS B2B platform for evaluating boards of directors, CEOs and management teams.  

Lagercrantz Associates is one of the leading executive and board search firms in the Nordic region, clients including international and Nordic companies.

Monica has 20+ years of international executive search experience with focus on C-suite, board of directors and other key positions in the Nordic and international markets.

She has a particular expertise in creating partnerships with companies with active major shareholders and is a well-known advisor to private equity. 

Monica was a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates and set up the firm’s activities in Sweden, and Managing Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, Sweden. She previously worked as a lawyer. 

Monica has a M.Sc. in Business Law and a LL.M.

Malin Lombardi has a special focus on board level assignments and board assessment mandates.

She has a thorough insight into the legal framework for board work and other relevant policies and guidelines.

Between 2006 and 2015, Malin was a senior business lawyer with Roschier Attorneys in Stockholm, providing advice to boards, shareholders and senior management in corporate governance matters. She spent the bulk of her law practice career handling delicate matters relating to M&A and securities law, with a focus on public tender offers, private M&A, transaction structures and advice on insider rules. 

During her career, Malin has conducted extensive pro bono work. She also has experience from Deutsche Bank's London Branch (Nordic M&A, 2012) and DeLaval (Legal Affairs, 2013-2014).

Malin is of Finnish-Swedish nationality and received her LL.M. from Lund University. 

Henrietta Palmcrantz is focusing on cross-border searches for Europe/the US. Lagercrantz Associates is one of the leading executive and board search firms in the Nordic region, clients including international and Nordic companies

Henrietta has broad sector knowledge and a search portfolio spanning from private equity and financial services, to real estate, technology, manufacturing and life sciences sectors. She has a particular experience of recruiting investment professionals to private equity, and has managed a number of search assignments for Chairmen and Non-Executive Directors in public and private companies in the Nordic region. 

She started her career with one of the global executive search firms, and has a background as a researcher specializing in supply chain and logistics.

Henrietta studied Human Resource Management at Stockholm University. 

Charlotte Holst has more than 20 years experience from corporate Human Resource positions and from entrepreneurship, after ten years of running her own business in the leisure industry.

Her professional career in Human Resources includes Johnson & Johnson, Sydney, Australia, and Scandinavian Airlines, where she worked both in strategic and operational positions. Charlotte was part of the team launching the Swedish school in Thailand, where she lived for a longer period.

Charlotte received her B.Sc. in Human Resource Management from Stockholm University and holds a Master Certificate in NLP Coaching.
