Monica Lagercrantz

For more than three decades, I have worked at the intersection of ownership, boards and senior leadership, advising in situations where expectations are high and complexity is increasing.

Lagercrantz Associates was founded in 2012 as an advisory platform focused on board-level leadership and succession. Today, I am a Partner at Lagercrantz & Lombardi Advisers, where I continue my advisory work with boards, chairs and active owners across private equity-backed, listed and owner-led organisations.

I am also the founder of BoardClic, a platform providing boards and owners with structured insight into board effectiveness, performance reviews and benchmarking.

My perspective is grounded in an unusual combination of experience - having built and led companies as a founder and CEO - while also advising at senior level within leading international executive search and board advisory firms.
