Olof Gertz has 20+ years of international experience of leadership and assessment programs with focus on senior management. He has led Human Resource teams in public and private companies such as DeLaval, Alfa Laval Agri, Vattenfall, ATG and BP and has a track record of implementing strong business orientation in organizations.
Olof is specialized in fact based assessments directed towards securing talent, as well as hiring and development of senior executives. With experience from 900+ individual assessments world wide, he has an in-depth knowledge and experience of succession planning and management recruiting.
Olof received his M.Sc. in Human Resources from Uppsala University.
