Henrietta has broad sector knowledge and a search portfolio spanning from private equity and financial services, to real estate, technology, manufacturing and life sciences sectors. She has a particular experience of recruiting investment professionals to private equity, and has managed a number of search assignments for Chairmen and Non-Executive Directors in public and private companies in the Nordic region. 

She started her career with one of the global executive search firms, and has a background as a researcher specializing in supply chain and logistics.

Henrietta studied Human Resource Management at Stockholm University.
